Power Smoothie

This is the Smoothie for the 21 Day Weightloss Challenge!!! It is a MEAL REPLACEMENT smoothie packed full of vital nutrients!

Ingredients
2 Cups Kale or Spinach
1 Cup Frozen blueberries
2 Cups Chilled FULL FAT Coconut Milk or Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Organic Unrefined Coconut Oil
1 Tablespoon Flax seed OR Chia Seed OR Hemp Seed
1 Piece Grass-Fed or Plant Protein
1 Piece Max Greens Powder
Water if needed

Instructions
Combine Kale or spinach, berries, coconut milk, coconut oil, flax/chia/hemp seed together in a blender.

Blend on high until smooth.

Add Grass-Fed protein and Max Greens to the blender.

Blend on low speed until combined.
